Detailed Terms and Conditions for Refund
At Infotech edge Private Limited (hereinafter “Infotech edge”/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”), we value the trust of our customers. In order to honor that trust, we have created this refund policy (“Policy”) to work in a transparent manner.
I. Objective: The objective of this Policy is to ensure transparency in the refund process & complete satisfaction of our Customers. This Policy enables the refunds (if any) to be processed in a fair manner.
II. Scope: This Policy is applicable to the processing of any refund of applicable fees paid by the customers who have purchased our services (hereinafter “Customers”/ “you”/ “your”) as more particularly identified in the order form by customer order id.
IV. Process for Requesting Refunds:
1. Obligation of Customer: If a customer wants to request a refund, he must contact our marketing team along with his order id and the reason for requesting a refund.
V. Important Terms & Conditions
Refunds will be provided only under the following two conditions.
1. If we are unable to complete the work assigned to us
In this case, we will refund 100% of the total amount.
