AR500 LBIFAK Refill is compact and portable. This refill includes the necessary tools to treat life-threatening bleeding wounds such as gunshots, knife/stab wounds, or other serious bleeding injuries including arterial bleeding. A full-size medical kit in a vacuum-sealed, compact package.

Using Keep It Simple principals we’ve designed this trauma kit for use by anyone with basic knowledge of compressing a wound or using a tourniquet. The chest needle decomp and chest seals provide necessities for advanced users and additional capability.
